Day 2 – and this is actually my first day on the Chemín de Puy, also known as the Via Podiensis or GR65, hiking 14.6 miles from the Cathedral steps at Le Puy-en-Velay to Saint Privat d’Allier. Pretty rough first day with lots of uphill and downhill, rocky and muddy trails.
